How the desk fits together

Post escrows the block. A SELL block holds the base amount; a BUY block holds USDG at the limit plus the fee. Cancel is free until a maker commits.

Quote is a hash of the price and a salt plus a bond in USDG. Nobody reads a price during the seal. Reveal returns the bond and, inside the limit, locks the counter-asset.

Settle is permissionless. Highest bid on a SELL, lowest ask on a BUY, ties to the earlier reveal. Bonds of makers who never reveal go to the taker.
